At The Joyful Nest, our meals are thoughtfully designed to support postpartum recovery, so they may not be entirely suitable for accompanying family members. However, each suite comes with a private kitchen and full cooking amenities, offering your family the flexibility and comfort to prepare meals as they wish. For added convenience, SC VivoCity – a large shopping mall with a variety of dining options – is just a 3-minute walk away, and there’s also a restaurant located right downstairs for easy access during your stay.

You’ll need to place a 30% deposit to secure your reservation. The remaining 70% is due 30 days before your expected due date.

We’re flexible — just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

CANCELLATION BY THE MOTHER
For health-related cancellations, the Mother is entitled to a full refund, including the deposit, provided proper medical documentation is submitted. For other cancellations before check-in, the deposit is non-refundable, but any additional payments will be refunded. Cancellations after check-in are non-refundable for both the deposit and service fees.

CANCELLATION BY THE JOYFUL NEST
The Joyful Nest reserves the right to cancel the agreement if the safety of the Mother or Infant is at risk. In such cases, the Mother will receive a refund for any unused services.

We’d be happy to support you with the following:
– Assisting you in checking the procedures for registering your baby’s nationality after birth.
– Helping you connect with reputable international maternity hospitals in Vietnam.
– Referring you to trusted, highly experienced OB-GYN doctors who will support you throughout your delivery.
– And providing any additional information or guidance you may need during this special journey.

At the moment, The Joyful Nest only offers suites with two bedrooms or more. This layout is thoughtfully designed to ensure:
– One room is dedicated entirely to Mom, providing a private, quiet space for deep rest and recovery.
– The second room is for your baby and our dedicated nanny, who provides 24/7 care.
It offers the perfect balance of warmth and privacy, while still keeping you close and connected to your baby whenever needed.

This depends entirely on your personal preference. One family member is welcome to stay with you free of charge.

But if you’d prefer a quieter, more private experience, that’s perfectly okay too — our team will be right by your side and ready to support you 24/7 throughout your stay.
