Deposit & Payment

To secure your booking, you are required to pay a 30% deposit of the total service package value. The remaining 70% must be paid at least 30 days before the expected check-in date.If the booking is made within 30 days of the check-in date, the full amount must be paid immediately.All payments must be made in full. Except as explicitly stated in this Policy, payments are non-refundable.

The Joyful Nest accepts payment via:

  • Bank transfer
  • Credit card / debit card 

Upon successful payment, a confirmation receipt, service package details, and Terms & Conditions will be automatically sent to your registered email address.

Public Holiday Surcharge

If any day during your stay coincides with a public holiday as defined by the Vietnamese Government, that day will be charged at 200% of the standard daily rate based on your selected service package. The standard daily rate is calculated by dividing the total package value by the total number of days in your stay.If a holiday surcharge has been collected but the actual stay does not include that holiday (due to a change in birth date), the surcharge will be refunded within 14 working days, without interest.Applicable holidays include, but are not limited to: Lunar New Year (Tet), Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day, Reunification Day (April 30), International Labor Day (May 1), National Day (September 2), and other holidays as officially announced by competent authorities.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if you cancel before check-in due to miscarriage or a serious medical condition affecting the Mother or baby, confirmed by a licensed medical facility.Deposit forfeiture if you cancel for any other reason before the check-in date.No refund for cancellations on or after the check-in date, unless otherwise required by law.

Termination of Service by The Joyful Nest

The Joyful Nest may terminate a stay in the following situations: the care needs of the Mother or baby exceed the safe scope of a postpartum care center (e.g., requiring specialized medical equipment or continuous medical monitoring), the Mother fails to fulfill payment obligations, or there is conduct that negatively affects the shared environment.In all cases, we will prioritize finding alternative solutions (rescheduling, service adjustments) before terminating the contract. If termination occurs after check-in for safety reasons, the amount retained will be the deposit or the fee for services already used (whichever is higher); the remainder will be refunded within 14 working days. No refund in cases of termination due to payment violations or inappropriate conduct, unless otherwise required by law.
