By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with these terms. The terms ‘The Joyful Nest’ or ‘we’ refer to the website owner, The Joyful Nest Co., Ltd., while ‘you’ refers to the users or visitors of our website.

Deposit & Payment

To secure your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total package value is required. The remaining balance (70%) must be settled at least 30 days prior to your scheduled check-in date.
If the booking is made within 30 days of the check-in date, the total amount must be paid in full immediately.
All payments must be made in full. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in this Policy, all payments are non-refundable.

Payment Methods

The Joyful Nest accepts payments via:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Credit / Debit Card

Upon successful payment, a confirmation receipt, package details, and the Terms & Conditions will be automatically sent to your registered email address.

Holiday Surcharges

If any date within your stay coincides with a public holiday as prescribed by the Vietnamese Government, that date will be charged at 200% of the standard daily rate, depending on the services booked. The standard daily rate is calculated by dividing the total package value by the total number of stay days.
In the event that a holiday surcharge has been collected but the actual stay does not include that holiday (due to a change in birth date), the surcharge will be refunded within 14 working days, interest-free.
Applicable holidays include, but are not limited to: Lunar New Year, Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day, Reunion Day (April 30), International Labor Day (May 1), National Day (September 2), and other public holidays as officially announced by competent authorities.

 

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if you cancel before the check-in date due to miscarriage or a serious medical condition affecting the mother or baby, supported by certification from a licensed medical facility.
The deposit will be forfeited if you cancel for any other reason prior to the check-in date.
No refund will be issued for cancellations on or after the check-in date, unless otherwise required by law.

 

Termination of Service by The Joyful Nest

The Joyful Nest may terminate the stay in the following cases: the care needs of the mother or baby exceed the safety scope of a postpartum care center (e.g., requiring specialized medical equipment or continuous medical supervision), the mother fails to fulfill payment obligations, or inappropriate behavior that affects the communal environment.
In all cases, we will prioritize finding alternative solutions (rescheduling, service adjustment) before terminating the contract. If termination occurs after check-in for safety reasons, the amount retained will be the deposit or the fees for services already rendered (whichever is higher); the remainder will be refunded within 14 working days. No refund will be issued in cases of termination due to payment default or inappropriate behavior, unless otherwise required by law.
