Postpartum Care
Gentle support is always near. Led by our Nurse Director, with 20 years in obstetrics, our nurses, midwives and lactation specialists are on site 24 hours a day, and our caregivers know just when to help and when to step back. Our postpartum program follows Ministry of Health and WHO guidelines and was developed with Alive & Thrive, an international initiative working with the World Health Organization’s standards and Vietnam’s Ministry of Health, and the first such partnership at a postpartum center in Vietnam.
Physical Recovery
Your healing journey is our priority. Our midwives and nurses monitor your wound, bleeding, blood pressure, digestion and blood sugar daily, with professional wound care for C-section or natural birth; an obstetrician reviews your recovery each week.
Breastfeeding Support
Expert guidance makes all the difference. Our certified lactation consultants guide you through your breastfeeding journey, day and night, following WHO recommendations on early initiation and exclusive breastfeeding. Whether you need help with positioning, have questions about milk supply, or face challenges like clogged ducts in the middle of the night, experienced help is just a call away.
Emotional Wellbeing
We care for your heart as much as your body. Our mental health professionals are here to through the adjustment to parenthood. Every mother is screened for early signs of postpartum depression, with clear support protocols developed with Alive & Thrive. Whether you’re experiencing normal emotional changes or need extra support for postpartum blues, we provide a safe space to share your feelings and find balance.
